Beste hobbybrouwers,

Na jarenlang verzet tegen het idee van nog een hobby er bij ga ook ik voor de bijl.
Ik heb meermaals mooie bieren van een hier bekende brouwer mogen proeven, met als resultaat dat ik toch ook deze mooie bieren zelf wil leren brouwen. Vooral de IPA's zijn mijn favoriet, maar een mooie Porter is ook niet te versmaden ;-)
Zaterdag as zal ik samen met een broer van mij in de leer gaan bij deze bekende brouwer, de verwachtingen zijn hoog gespannen!

Wat het brouwleerproces betreft, hier word ik niet gehinderd door enige kennis vooraf, veel te leren dus ;-)
